Cauliflower Rice (Asian Style)

-1 head of cauliflower in food processor ( or you can buy already done in the frozen section)

-2 tbls. of olive oil

-2 cloves of garlic

-1 cup of fine chopped Bok Choy

– ½ cup of chopped shiitake mushrooms

-1 chopped onion

-1/2 chopped carrots

-Sauteed in pan to well cooked

-Add 2tbls. of tamari sauce (organic gluten free) or soy sauce

-Add ¼ cup of water chestnuts

-Add toasted sesame seeds optional
